Letter dated 13 March 1848. Hannah Quigg sent this letter to her son John, a member of the class of 1852.  A portion of the letter reads:  "I trust you will continue to improve your studies and still more so in your conduct -- every day you should endeavor to become more edifying and copying more closely the virtues of your beloved sister -- who has gone, I trust -- before us -- into heavenly Kingdom where she will intercede for you and for us all."
